Limenari Bay (Tilos)
36° 25.4′ N · 27° 18.6′ E
A seldom-used bay on Tilos's west coast with two pastel-pink sandy beaches, very shallow, so best for catamarans.
Practical
Exposed to SSE through W; reliable holding in sand. Either take a line to the large rock and shoal at 36.4226 N, 27.3084 E and drop the anchor in 3-6 m to the NE, or anchor in the middle in 3-4 m (coordinate), or as close as possible to the east beach; the north beach is even shallower. Best for draughts under 1.3 m (Sailing Issues). Good swimming and snorkelling, and solitude.
Best for
Solitude on pink sand
Season
