Two small supermarkets on the harbour front, a few metres from the stern-to quay, carry the basics for a remote island stocked by ferry from Rhodes.

Pin: Kavidas (OSM). Tiramolas is about 40 m south along the waterfront (OSM 36.14827, 29.59084). Other mapped shops: a convenience store at 36.14866, 29.59037, an off-licence at 36.14907, 29.58995 and a duty-free shop near the castle path (36.15011, 29.59239). Everything arrives by ferry from Rhodes (only about two sailings a week in winter, per Wikipedia), so fresh produce is best on ferry days and prices are above Rhodes. Do the big shop in Rhodes before the crossing. Hours not published; expect the usual Greek midday closure.
