Water and electricity come from stanchions at the east end of the inner basin; bring a 50 m+ hose and cable if you lie at the jetty end (CruisersWiki; Noonsite says water and power in parts of the harbour). my-sea lists water as the only facility, and neither my-sea nor island-ikaria.com lists yacht fuel at Evdilos - take fuel at Agios Kirykos (mini-tanker or local providers by arrangement) or Karlovasi before you come. Camping Gaz is sold in the village. Watch the underwater ballast along the quay and mole. Position is the east end of the inner basin (approx, derived from the Evdilos Harbour entry).
