37° 9.8′ N · 26° 50.1′ E
A castle-like early-20th-century mansion above Alinda Bay, now the Historical and Folklore Museum. A whole floor covers the Battle of Leros and the sinking of the Greek destroyer Olga.
Practical
Dinghy ashore at Alinda beach and walk up. It also displays the old Leros pharmacy's surgical kit (the tower was a WWII hospital), local costumes and crafts. Hours are seasonal, so verify locally. It holds over 100 finds from the Vasilissa Olga destroyer wreck (travel-zone-greece).
