Vitsentzou Bay (Folegandros)

A small bay just south of Karavostasis on the coast road to Livadi. It is the best of the harbour-side coves in southerly weather.
Practical
Position from Grecosailor (36°36'37.5"N 24°57'06.3"E). Sand, seagrass and rock. It works best in southerly or south-westerly wind and swell and is bumpy in other swells. Anchor on the south side near the central rocks (the north side is also possible) and check for grass and rock. Ashore: a path from the main road about 1 km from Karavostasis. folegandros.gr also rates it best in southerly winds. Pountaki beach is next door to the south.
