Tsigrado Beach (Milos)

36° 39.7′ N · 24° 28.2′ E

A tiny sandy cove squeezed between cliffs, famous for the wooden ladders and rope used to climb down to it from land. Sailors can simply swim in.

Practical

Greeka: reach it by boat or by a rough path ending in two large ladders with a rope; unorganised, no facilities, room for only a few people; leave big bags and flip-flops behind. Best visited early.

Best for

Swimming ashore from the anchorage
