Mykonos Old Port (Chora)

The original harbour in the curve of Chora, with fishing caiques, the fish market and the Delos excursion pier. It's postcard Mykonos, but sailing yachts are not allowed to berth here.
Practical
Port Fund rules: the Old Port is for motor yachts over 25 m only, and sailing yachts are not permitted regardless of size. Use Tourlos. Delos excursion boats leave from the Deliana pier in the Old Port (Delos Tours ticket office, tel +30 22890 28603). A small sandy town beach sits inside the harbour (Greeka). Visit by taxi or SeaBus from Tourlos, or by dinghy only after checking with the marina manager, because every quay is assigned to a zone (see Mykonos Old Port Zones, Caique & Dinghy Rules). Keep well clear of high-speed ferries, which still use the Old Port according to Wikivoyage. Position is the OSM harbour feature.
