Mykonos New Port Marina (Tourlos)
37° 27.9′ N · 25° 19.5′ E
The only place a visiting sailing yacht can berth on Mykonos: the municipal marina beside the Tourlos ferry and cruise port, about 2 km north of Chora. It's plain and busy, but it puts you in walking or SeaBus range of town, Agios Stefanos beach and the supermarkets.
Practical
Run by the Mykonos Municipal Port Fund. Vessels under 25 m LOA, sail or power, berth here. Sailing yachts of any size are barred from the Old Port in Chora. Booking is online only (booking.mykonosports.gr), and applications are accepted only for arrivals within the next 30 days. After approval you must pay within 24 hours or the slot is cancelled. Online check-in opens 24 hours before arrival. Submitting a request does not guarantee a berth, and approved fees are non-refundable, including for no-shows. Arrivals are allowed only between 12 noon and sunset. No yacht may enter or leave between 9:30am and 10:30am because of ferry traffic. The captain may not leave Mykonos while the boat is berthed. Leave by the red-arrow route on the left and return by the green-arrow route on the right after clearing with the marina supervisor, keeping out of the ferry lanes. Stern-to tariff for private pleasure yachts per metre per day plus taxes: EUR 0.41 (7-10 m), 0.47 (10-15 m) and 0.55 (over 15 m), so roughly EUR 5.60 plus tax a night for a 12 m boat. Alongside costs 25% more. Water is EUR 15/m3 and electricity EUR 1/kWh on prepaid cards (EUR 10-300). The tariff rests on FEK 3013/B/2021, so verify locally. Email marina@mykonosports.gr, the only electronic channel the Port Fund accepts. VHF 12 per older pilot listings (verify). Sailingissues: charter yachts use the east basin, and the harbourmaster takes SMS on 6946 942091. There is no fixed fuel pontoon; diesel is bunkered alongside by a fuel boat or tanker with phone approval (see Tourlos Fuel & Services and Tourlos New Port Berthing Zones). Position is the OpenSeaMap/OSM 'New Port Public Marina' feature.
