Episkopi Bay (Kythnos)

A white-sand beach bay just north of Merichas, under the hill of ancient Vryokastro, with a beach bar. It is a calm-weather swim stop within sight of the harbour.

White sand bottom (kythnos.net). Open to the west and suitable only in calm weather; the meltemi sends some surge in (kythnos.gr, kythnos.net). Puntaki beach bar is ashore (OSM). From here it is a short walk up to Vryokastro. The coordinate is the OpenSeaMap anchorage symbol.
