37° 32.5′ N · 25° 9.8′ E
The Annunciation (25 March), also Greek National Day, is the second great pilgrimage to Panagia Evangelistria, filling Tinos town and its harbour with pilgrims.
Practical
Noonsite notes the twice-yearly arrival of many pilgrims (25 March and 15 August) seeking a cure at the shrine; SailingIssues ties the annual pilgrimages to these two feasts. Expect a crowded harbour and busy ferries; early-season sailors should plan around it. Pin is the church.
