The municipal small-boat marina tucked beside the Vaiare ferry terminal, which is the dinghy landing for the Vaiare (Patae) anchorage and the shopping centre.

Several places for visiting boats plus a dinghy dock. Contact 87 08 61 28, officemarinavaiare@gmail.com (2026 brief). Fishermen use the dock; a 2019 Noonsite report says they moved an unlocked dinghy to make room, and that there is a rubbish and recycling shed just before the marina exit on the right. Give way to ferries in Vaiare Pass and the turning basin. Champion supermarket, fuel (jerrycans), Nautisport and car rental are a short walk.
