Raiatea's two duty-free-capable fuel docks: Total at the entrance to Marina Uturoa (the sheltered one) and Shell on the downtown town quay.

Total at Marina Uturoa: 5.7 m depth (brief), phone 40 66 70 70 per the 2025 brief (the same brief also lists 40 66 31 24). A 2021 cruiser report said it was much easier in strong trades than the Shell dock, with no charge for duty-free paperwork and water at 1,000 XPF (2021, verify locally). Shell, alongside the downtown quay: 7 m depth, open Monday to Friday all day and weekend mornings. In 2021 it charged 1,500 XPF admin for duty-free diesel and 2,000 XPF for water (verify locally); it also refills gas bottles. Have your duty-free fuel paperwork ready.
