Practical
Current can be strong in the channel between the motus (Wikivoyage); swim with a buddy and a surface float, and plan your exit down-current. The area lies in a PGEM protected marine area (no fishing or collecting). Heavy activity-boat traffic. Coco Beach snack on Motu Tiahura makes a lunch stop. Dinghy from the Papetoai or Pihaena anchorages.
