A forest trail from the Belvedere and the agricultural school up to the Col des Trois Cocotiers, a saddle with views over the Opunohu Valley and down to Haapiti, under the cliffs of Mouaroa.

2026 brief: Col des 3 Coconuts public trail, 6.5 km, about 4 hours, guide recommended. Wikivoyage gives 45–60 minutes from Belvedere to the viewpoint itself. Start from the Belvedere trail board or the 'Lycée vers 3 cocotiers' track. Steep and muddy after rain; bring water, repellent and proper shoes.
