Narii guides marae visits; the pension also has its own whale-watching boat. Other restaurants (Chugach): Maa'rai on the SE side, lunch and dinner 7 days, French and Polynesian (+689 89 73 62 20); Poeni on the south side, not signposted, Friday and Sunday dinner only. Both need a car or bike. Many small snacks sell lunch (Pitufa).
