Cruiser position 09°53.586'S 139°04.931'W in 27 ft on a big circle of sand (March 2016); OpenStreetMap names the bay Hanamenino. West of that spot is rubble with rocky coral heads, so dive your anchor. Pleasant only in settled conditions; it is close to the Bordelais Channel, where wind and swell funnel. Not among the zones proposed in the 2026 brief.
