Coordinate is the townhall in OpenStreetMap. The 2021 government sheet: the mairie occupies one module of the 1983 cyclone shelter and the health post the other. One nurse and one health auxiliary, tel 40 983 204. OPT post office 'Tuuhora', tel 40 983 222: 7:30 am-12 pm and 1-3 pm Monday-Wednesday, 7:30 am-12 pm Thursday, 7:30 am-2 pm Friday (2021). There is internet but no 3G (2021). A commune bus (29 seats) and the commune boat 'Te Nukutaeroto' (40 passengers, also used for Faaite) are run by the mairie; ask here about rides or a boat trip to the feo coast. A small Opure water-treatment unit was installed (2021).
