43° 42.1′ N · 15° 49.9′ E

A car-free island village a short hop from St Nicholas Fortress, with a long stone pier and a strong coral-diving history. It is a gentle first or last night near Šibenik, close to town but with an island feel.

Practical

The bay is well sheltered from south winds and from the NE bura, but open to strong NW wind and to summer squalls, which usually come from the NW or W - move to the inner side or leave if a NW blow is forecast. A harbour master assigns berths in season. Supermarket and several restaurants in the village. No cars on the island; tractors only.
