Prvić Luka (Prvić)
43° 43.4′ N · 15° 47.9′ E
The main village on Prvić, a small, car-free island half a mile off Vodice whose whole old village is a protected cultural heritage site. Stone houses line a tiny harbour, and the Renaissance inventor Faust Vrančić is buried here.
Practical
Coordinate is the harbour (OSM node 6917907691). A 110 m pier with about 20 berths with water and electricity, plus about 12 buoys in the bay. Sheltered from N and W winds and fairly good in southerly wind. The island has about 50 berths in total and they are almost always full in July-August, so arrive early afternoon. About five restaurants open in summer. Walk over to Šepurine rather than try to berth there. The Faust Vrančić Memorial Centre is on the harbour.
Best for
