An open-air bar and grill on the ironshore at the north end of George Town harbour, a short dinghy ride from the visiting-yacht moorings, with sunsets, a daily happy hour and tarpon feeding at night.

Virgintino: there are no designated dinghy docks in Grand Cayman - after clearing you may land almost anywhere between the port and the Lobster Pot, but never in the cruise-passenger area; secure the dinghy at night. In surge, landing on ironshore is tricky.
