Position approx: half a block east of Boca Chica's central park in a small mall, per the Virgintino guide (~2015); verify it is still open. The guide also places Banco Popular ATMs at the SW corner of the park and a small supermarket for canned and packaged goods on the SE corner. For a big shop, the modern Olé supermarket a few miles west takes cards and drives you back free (guide). Walk the beach path between Andrés and Boca Chica only in daylight.
