A protected anchorage behind La Piedra islet and the fringing reef at Boca Chica, beside Marina ZarPar.
Practical
Position approx: between La Piedra islet and the shore, derived from OpenStreetMap (checked to be in water). The Virgintino guide (~2015) says you may anchor behind La Piedra, just south of the yacht club, or rent an inexpensive ZarPar mooring that includes use of marina facilities. No anchoring east of the marina off the beach or in the channel. Jet skis and loud beach music at weekends.
