A quiet stop on the north shore of Samaná Bay beside a long concrete cargo pier, with a small coconut-fringed landing strip ashore.
Practical
Waypoint from the Virgintino DR guide (~2015). A red buoy lies about 200 ft off the end of the pier, which has 40 ft of water around it, so anchoring takes some searching for shallower ground nearby. Off the beaten track; few if any other boats.
