Position approx: Ponce harbor near the yacht club. CBP (2025) lists 'Port of Ponce – Ponce Pier – Caribbean Image Marina', phone (787) 841-3130 / 841-3131. First report arrival by phone to 1-877-529-6840 or (787) 729-6840 (staffed 8am to midnight, seven days; after hours leave a message and call back after 8am) or via CBP ROAM. Boats 30 ft and over need the annual CBP user-fee decal. Per the Virgintino guide (~2015): if anchored, wait for instructions; Immigration usually asks everyone to come ashore, and no one should leave the boat until told to.
