A small harbour 10 miles east of Ocho Rios, home of Ian Fleming's GoldenEye estate; Dr. No scenes were filmed at James Bond Beach.
Practical
Position is Noonsite's harbour-entrance point (18 24.47N, 076 56.97W); Virgintino gives 18 24.40N, 076 57.20W off the entrance. Give the SE corner a wide berth entering. The basin is small and crowded with local boats; deeper water off the beach at the NE end. Open to the NW: settled weather only (Virgintino rates it Fair as a norther refuge). Noonsite calls it a useful port of refuge.
