Eagle Beach

12° 33.1′ N · 70° 3.4′ W

A long, wide strand of powder-white sand with the two famous windswept fofoti trees, voted among the Caribbean's best beaches and Aruba's main turtle-nesting beach.

Practical

Most of Aruba's turtle nests are on Eagle Beach (four species nest on the island); parking, shade huts, water sports nearby (aruba.com). Virgintino: you can anchor off the beach but it is rolly and busy with jet skis; most boats continue north. Coordinate: aruba.com map pin.
