Practical

Wikipedia coordinates (19 39 00N, 080 04 00W). Managed and mostly owned by the National Trust for the Cayman Islands. Easy walk or bike ride from the South Hole Sound anchorage. Birds are completely protected. Virgintino describes the colony as about 5,000 pairs. Little Cayman also has about 2,000 Lesser Caymans (Sister Islands rock) iguanas, so drive slowly (25 mph island limit).
