OSM position. Wikipedia: Bocagrande is a planned upscale neighborhood on a peninsula between the open sea and the bay. The national guide notes restaurants, snack bars, bars, pizzerias and casinos along Avenida San Martín and Carrera 3. Busy with vendors; better for a walk and a sunset than for swimming. The Bocagrande small-craft channel (La Escollera) is just south of the peninsula tip.
