Admiral Cockburn Land & Sea National Park
21° 28.7′ N · 71° 32.6′ W
A 2,097-acre park of reef, wall and cays (Long Cay, Six Hill Cays, Dove Cay, Middleton Cay) off South Caicos — gullies, slot canyons, arches and swim-throughs, with eagle rays, sharks and mantas more common than elsewhere.
Practical
Most South Caicos dive sites are 10–15 minutes from Cockburn Harbour along the east and southeast faces of Long Cay and South Caicos. The only dive operator is Adventures by Salterra (Salterra Resort), which sometimes takes non-guests; no liveaboards visit. A Convair CV-440 plane wreck (1978) lies in about 55 ft nearby. National park: no fishing, no take, sand-only anchoring.
