A small, lee-side marina basin at the north end of Long Island, protected from every direction once you are inside, with diesel, a marine railway and resort privileges up the hill. Getting in is the challenge: the approach channel is shallow and its markers are gone.

Marina coordinates per the resort: 23°33.3'N 75°16.4'W; approach marker 23°33.1'N 75°18.2'W. Resort figures: approach 5 ft at low tide and 7 ft at high; basin 6.5 ft low, 9 ft high. ActiveCaptain reports are tighter: 4.5 ft at low water in the channel, 3.2 ft worst seen (2019), no channel marks at all in 2023, and a 4-ft-draft boat turned back at 4.5 ft in January 2026; time the approach for high tide. 8 slips up to 20 ft beam plus 8 alongside berths, Mediterranean-style stern-to with no finger piers; some slips sit on the bottom at low tide. 2026 rates (plus VAT): monohull $1.80 per ft per day, catamaran $2.40; water $0.35 per gallon; electricity $0.68 per kWh; diesel only, price on request (5% credit-card fee). Water is filtered cistern water, not RO. Power 120 V/30 A and 240 V/50 A. Marine railway for small boats and catamarans, engine repair and some storage reported. Coin laundromat across the street; groceries about a mile away (best in Salt Pond); post office at Simms. VHF 16 or call or WhatsApp the marina manager (numbers on the rates sheet). No-see-ums can be fierce when the breeze drops. Customs lists the marina as a port of entry.
