The Market Place shopping centre north of town has South Eleuthera's best-stocked supermarket, plus auto parts, liquor and a bank: the main provisioning stop between Nassau and George Town.

Position from OpenStreetMap. A good selection with some fresh refrigerated produce, best the day the supply boat arrives (cruisers called it 'much better than George Town', 2016). Fresh vegetables can run out when the weekly boat is late: listen to the morning VHF cruisers' net for arrival news. Also: Hall's grocery east of the town dock past the school, with better prices (2019); two liquor stores; NAPA/AID auto parts and hardware in the Market Place; a Shell station next door. Dinghy to Frigate's dock, then a short walk north.
