Ridley Head and Salt Kettle beaches
25° 33.5′ N · 76° 44.1′ W
Two small beaches at Ridley Head, the north-west tip of mainland Eleuthera facing the reef break that leads out to the Northeast Providence Channel.
Practical
Coordinate from the Eleuthera Map site marker 'Salt Kettle Beach'; Ridley Head Beach is mapped next to it at 25.5575, -76.7358. Reached by car from Gene's Bay or by dinghy from Gun Point in calm weather. The Ridley Head Channel (see passages) runs close by, so expect current near the point and stay off the reef in any swell.
