The eastern arm of White Sound, opened to cruising boats when a bar was removed during the post-Dorian rebuild, with near-total protection and little current or wave action.
Practical
Approximate position from the Waterway Guide 'White Sound East' listing (about N 26° 46.7' W 077° 20.0'). Holding is soft in heavy grass, so set the anchor well and back down hard. Protection is excellent in all but the heaviest weather. Stay south of the entrance so you don't block the new public boat ramp. Dinghy to the Green Turtle Club or Bluff House.
