Approximate position about 200 m off the town waterfront, placed from the OpenStreetMap coastline. Settlement Harbour itself carries 2 ft or less (marinas.com), so anchor outside in the Sea of Abaco. Settled weather only: Waterway Guide reviewers say it is exposed from S through NW and gets wakes from traffic into Black Sound. Check the anchor is set in sand, not grass. Dinghy to the public dock (OSM 'Green Turtle Cay Town Dock'). Move to White or Black Sound for a blow.
