Approximate position in the centre of New Plymouth (OpenStreetMap). Guides report three to four grocery stores in the village (individual stores were not confirmable; a traveller recommends the coconut bread at Sid's). The Green Turtle Club commissary in White Sound also sells groceries, ice and liquor, and Plymouth Rock sells liquor at the bottom of the main street by the freight dock. Shops keep daytime hours Mon-Sat; expect closures on Sunday.
