ActiveCaptain position. Easy approach from the sound; watch the rock in the middle of the cut (seas break on it most days). Anchor west of Cabbage Cay, as far from surge and current as possible: 6-9 ft, good sand. Mostly calm in ESE, though swell can build in the early morning. Small beach on the northern edge for a dog.
