ActiveCaptain (March 2024): good holding in sand and grass with about 7 ft at high tide some 300 ft from shore - shallow at low water, so check the tide for your draft. Protected from the north; open to the south and east. ActiveCaptain and press reports predate or postdate Hurricane Dorian (Category 5, Sept 1, 2019) as dated; re-check businesses locally.
