Practical

Position is the marina (OpenStreetMap). The resort website (last updated 2020) says it takes boats to 70 ft and has 30 residences and a kitchen serving Bahamian food; Explorer Charts lists it among Bahamas marinas. Not a port of entry: clear in at Old Bahama Bay or Freeport first. Facilities, depth and fuel are not published online; call ahead (Explorer Charts lists it under Grand Bahama marinas) and verify locally. No anchorage is published in Bootle Bay itself (Bootle Bay hamlet: OpenStreetMap 26.652 N / 78.934 W); the nearest listed anchorage is the Ginn Sur Mer canal, about 2 nm NW along the shore, with 10 to 13 ft and all-round protection (Waterway Guide).
