Good sand holding in the northwest quadrant of the cay, south of the airstrip, off a 68-acre island with a population of about sixty and one of the friendliest welcomes in the Exumas.
Practical
Do NOT anchor with your mast in line with the airstrip approach — this is a working runway with scheduled service. Moorings available: Ocean Cabin has 8 at $10/night, Farmers Cay Yacht Club also has balls. The southwest airport anchorage is fine in strong easterlies but a dangerous lee shore in a cold front.
