Little Farmer's Cay Anchorage (west side)

Brilliant turquoise bank water off the beach on the northwest side of the cay, south of the airstrip — the classic settled-easterly stop and the gateway anchorage for the southern Exumas.
Practical
2-4 m depth, good sand holding, 0.8-1.0 m tidal range. Protected E/NE/SE/S; wide open W/NW/N — move if a front is coming. Moorings from Ocean Cabin (~$10/night) and Farmer's Cay Yacht Club; 'Little Jeff' also runs moorings on VHF 16.
