Compass Cay Nurse Sharks

A resident pack of tame nurse sharks that loafs on the sand under the marina's fish-cleaning dock, thick-bodied and utterly indifferent to swimmers.
Practical
Access included in the $10/person Compass Cay landing fee. Nurse sharks are docile but have crushing plate jaws and rough skin — never grab a tail or a fin, and get out if a feeding is underway. Best light mid-morning.
