A private 35-acre island resort of 29 cottages, a few hundred metres off Villa Beach. Its beach bar and thatched dining kiosks are open to yachties from the cut.

The resort's private ferry runs from the mainland dock. The resort was closed for renovation from September 5 to October 4, 2026, so check that it has reopened. Young Island lies about 180 m off St Vincent, with Fort Duvernette just to its south (Wikipedia). Doyle's guide lists the resort among St Vincent's restaurants.
