Windward Bay Beach (Mayreau)
12° 38.1′ N · 61° 23.3′ W
A long, empty white-sand beach on Mayreau's Atlantic side, protected by offshore reefs and looking straight across to the Tobago Cays.
Practical
Position is the bay as mapped in OpenStreetMap. Reach it on foot: from the Saline Bay dinghy dock turn left, go right below the desalination plant before the steep hill, follow the rough track east and take the first right near the bottom (Howarths' route). Wading is needed where trees grow into the sea. No facilities; bring water. Within the marine park: no collecting.
Best for
A wild windward beach walk
