Whisper Cove Marina is a small, friendly French-Canadian-run marina on the east side of Clarkes Court Bay. Its French restaurant is called one of the best marina restaurants in the Caribbean, and its deli and mini-market sell good meat and produce.

Noforeignland reviewers note reasonable monthly rates, a grocery with meat and produce, some swell and tired restrooms. The free Budget Marine shuttle leaves here at 9:30 am.
