Sandy Lane Beach
13° 10.5′ N · 59° 38.3′ W
The famous golden beach of the Sandy Lane hotel on the Platinum Coast: immaculate sand, clear water and reef snorkelling. It is a public beach reached by a footpath.
Practical
Position from Visit Barbados. Access is by a path beside One Sandy Lane. There are no public chairs or restaurants, so bring a picnic. Some undertow. Hawksbills nest here roughly July to October (Visit Barbados). Its northern point marks the southern limit of the Folkestone/Barbados Marine Reserve.
