Position is approximate: the OpenStreetMap feature named 'Roxborough Health Centre' on Windward Road, Roxborough, taken as the hospital site; confirm the exact building locally. A Tobago House of Assembly article (February 2022) quotes unit manager Ray Hinds and says the hospital treats up to three patients a day, one at a time. Hours and emergency contact are not published: in a dive emergency call your dive operator and the emergency services first, and carry DAN or equivalent dive insurance. Trinidad also has the International Hyperbaric Medical Facility in Marabella, which treated a diver after a Tobago dive incident on August 28, 2026 (TTT, September 2026). Roxborough is on the Windward Road between Scarborough and Speyside.
