A small, steep island just west of Sandy Island whose surrounding reefs, wrecks and volcanic bubble vents hold most of Carriacou's best-known dive sites.

Coordinate is the OpenStreetMap islet centroid. Ocean Pulse (2021) lists five reef sites (Whirlpool, Mabouya Garden, Sharky's Hideaway, Sharky's Part II and Rock Garden) and the two tug wrecks around Mabouya. It is inside the Sandy Island/Oyster Bed MPA. The sources used describe no yacht anchorage; visit by dive boat or by dinghy from the Sandy Island moorings in calm weather.
