Glover Island
11° 59.2′ N · 61° 47.2′ W · approximate
Glover Island is a small islet just off Point Salines, Grenada's south-west tip. It is a landmark when rounding from the west coast to the south-coast bays, and the closest of the off-lying hazards.
Practical
Position is the OpenStreetMap island node (approx). Pass it well off. Seas pile up off Point Salines when the trades meet the current, so give the whole point and its islet generous room and do not cut inside. Landing information was not verified.
