Supermarkets within walking distance of the dinghy dock make Fort-de-France the easiest place on the west coast for a full restock, and the suburban malls carry goods hard to find elsewhere in the islands.

Position is the Carrefour in the town centre (OSM). ActiveCaptain: Carrefour inside the mall reached via the pedestrian street, and Leader Price across the road from Sea Services chandlery (turn left from the dinghy dock, past the bus terminal). OSM also maps Super H and Pli Bel Price nearby. Noonsite: large malls are a short bus ride away. A 2024 reviewer took the bus to Decathlon and hardware centres. Buses, ferries and collective taxis leave from the waterfront.
