Bone Yard Dive (Castries Harbour Mouth)
14° 1.3′ N · 61° 0.4′ W · approximate
A shallow wreck dive at the north side of the Castries Harbour mouth on the remains of a World War II vessel and what appears to be an aircraft wing, now home to lobsters and reef fish.
Practical
Position is approximated off D'Estrées Point/Vigie on the north side of the harbour mouth, from the tourism authority's description and the OpenStreetMap coastline (approx). Average depth 35-45 ft. Story: the ship was torpedoed off Martinique and tried to reach Castries (Saint Lucia Tourism Authority). Dive only with a local operator and with port control's knowledge: this is the approach to a busy commercial and cruise-ship harbour.
